Rose Kelley founded Lifeline Cancer Advocates with one clear purpose: to ensure that no patient or family faces the cancer journey alone. After years of working in healthcare, she saw how often patients left appointments feeling rushed or unheard, and how families, especially those living far away, struggled to stay informed and involved. Her mission is to change that by providing advocacy built on clarity, compassion, and consistent support through every stage of care.
With more than a decade of experience spanning hospitals, long-term care, behavioral health, and diagnostic services, Rose has dedicated her career to improving access, continuity, and quality of care. Her early background in nursing laid the foundation for her compassionate, patient-centered approach and gave her firsthand insight into the challenges patients and families face. She holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration (MHA) with a focus on Organizational Leadership and Change Management, combining deep healthcare knowledge with the leadership skills needed to navigate complex medical systems on behalf of her clients.
Through her work with Lifeline Patient Advocates, Rose supported many clients living with cancer and witnessed firsthand the unique emotional and logistical challenges they face. Recognizing the need for a dedicated, oncology-focused service, she launched Lifeline Cancer Advocates, a specialized division committed exclusively to helping cancer patients and their families manage treatment with confidence, coordination, and compassion.
Above all, Rose believes every patient deserves to be heard, supported, and empowered throughout their cancer journey. That belief continues to guide every relationship and every service offered through Lifeline Cancer Advocates, ensuring that patients and families never have to navigate cancer alone.
